Payment transactions at all airport check in counters and cargo offices 

As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize processing times and improve your airport experience, most cargo offices and check in counters no longer accept cash as a form of payment.  

The Winnipeg Terminal and the Thompson check in each have a dedicated counter for cash transactions. The cargo drops located in the Winnipeg Terminal and in the Thompson airport also accept cash. 

For all other locations, the accepted forms of payment include:

Payment transactions for inflight purchases 

At this time, cash is the only form of payment accepted on board flights for food and drink. 

 

Pay in advance 

Please remember you can pre-pay tickets and modify reservations online at any time up, to 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure.   

Kennel fees must be paid in person at the check in counter.  

All cargo fees must be paid in person at the time of shipment.
