<\/h3>\n\n<p>Perimeter Aviation a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1960 en tant que premi\u00e8re \u00e9cole priv\u00e9e de vol aux instruments (IFR) au Canada.\nNotre parcours a commenc\u00e9 modestement, mais nos services se sont rapidement \u00e9largis pour inclure les vols nolis\u00e9s et l&rsquo;entretien des a\u00e9ronefs.\nEn 1964, nous avons acquis notre premier hangar \u00e0 l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport international de Winnipeg, marquant ainsi une \u00e9tape importante dans notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 entretenir des a\u00e9ronefs.\nLa croissance s&rsquo;est acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en 1976 lorsque Perimeter Aviation a acquis les routes a\u00e9riennes int\u00e9rieures du nord de Transair et deux avions Twin Otter.\nCette acquisition a fait passer l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de 25 \u00e0 100 employ\u00e9s, catapultant Perimeter Aviation en une importante compagnie a\u00e9rienne r\u00e9gionale pratiquement du jour au lendemain.      <\/p>\n\n<p>Au fil des ans, Perimeter Aviation a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 diversifier sa flotte et ses services, en ajoutant des jets d&rsquo;affaires et des avions sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s comme le Lear 35 et le King Air 100 pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des entreprises en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;affr\u00e8tement.\nEn 1978, l&rsquo;avion Metro a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit pour les vols r\u00e9guliers de passagers, reliant les communaut\u00e9s \u00e0 travers le Manitoba et la Saskatchewan.\nL&rsquo;une de nos r\u00e9alisations les plus remarquables a eu lieu en 1997, lorsque Perimeter Aviation est devenue la seule entreprise canadienne autoris\u00e9e par Transports Canada \u00e0 r\u00e9viser les moteurs \u00e0 turbine Garrett en z\u00e9ro temps, ce qui t\u00e9moigne de nos capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Le nouveau mill\u00e9naire a apport\u00e9 une nouvelle expansion avec l&rsquo;ajout de plus grands avions Dash 8, \u00e9largissant ainsi notre capacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.\nNotre d\u00e9vouement au service de la communaut\u00e9 s&rsquo;est illustr\u00e9 en 2001 avec le lancement des services d&rsquo;ambulance a\u00e9rienne Aeromed, qui assurent des transports m\u00e9dicaux critiques dans toute l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Nord.   <\/p>\n\n<p>En 2004, notre parcours a pris un nouveau d\u00e9part lorsque Perimeter Aviation a \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9e par Exchange Income Corporation (TSX : EIF), qui en a fait son premier service a\u00e9rien essentiel.\nCette acquisition continue de renforcer notre position en tant que leader de l&rsquo;aviation r\u00e9gionale, engag\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;excellence et le service \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" Airlines  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Fond\u00e9e en 1963 par Otto John Hegland pr\u00e8s de Bearskin Lake (Ontario), la compagnie a\u00e9rienne Bearskin Airlines a d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec seulement deux Cessna 180, desservant les communaut\u00e9s autochtones \u00e9loign\u00e9es avec d\u00e9vouement et fiabilit\u00e9.\nEn 1972, un jeune pilote nomm\u00e9 Harvey Friesen a rejoint l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, et son leadership a transform\u00e9 Bearskin Airlines.\nEn 1977, Harvey a acquis une participation de 50 % dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et en est devenu le pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.\nSous sa direction, Bearskin Airlines a \u00e9largi ses activit\u00e9s en introduisant des vols r\u00e9guliers reliant Big Trout Lake, Sioux Lookout, Thunder Bay et Winnipeg, tirant parti de l'\u00a0\u00bbautoroute dans le ciel\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;Ontario pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Au cours des ann\u00e9es 1980 et au-del\u00e0, Bearskin Airlines a connu une croissance exponentielle, s&rsquo;\u00e9tendant \u00e0 Thunder Bay, Kenora et au nord-est de l&rsquo;Ontario, et plus tard au nord du Manitoba.\nLa vision strat\u00e9gique et le d\u00e9vouement collectif de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ont permis \u00e0 Bearskin Airlines de devenir l&rsquo;un des transporteurs r\u00e9gionaux de banlieue les plus prosp\u00e8res du Canada.\nEn 1994, Bear Country, notre magazine de bord, a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9, pr\u00e9sentant les personnes, les lieux et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements des destinations que nous desservons.    <\/p>\n\n<p>En 2003, Bearskin Airlines a vendu la majeure partie de ses actifs dans le Nord au groupe Wasaya, dans le but de se concentrer sur les march\u00e9s principaux et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.\nAcquise par Exchange Income Corporation en 2011, Bearskin Airlines a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper sa flotte d&rsquo;avions Fairchild Metroliner, assurant plus de 100 vols quotidiens vers 18 destinations en Ontario et au Manitoba.\nL&rsquo;engagement de Bearskin Airlines envers le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et l&rsquo;excellence op\u00e9rationnelle demeure in\u00e9branlable, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9vou\u00e9e et \u00e0 un h\u00e9ritage d&rsquo;initiatives de soutien communautaire.    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ensemble pour connecter les horizons  <\/h3>\n\n<p>La fusion des ic\u00f4nes nordiques Perimeter Aviation et Bearskin Airlines en 2018 a marqu\u00e9 un nouveau chapitre.\nBearskin Airlines fonctionne d\u00e9sormais comme une division int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de Perimeter Aviation qui tire parti d&rsquo;une flotte robuste de plus de 35 a\u00e9ronefs, d&rsquo;un organisme de maintenance (a\u00e9ronautique) agr\u00e9\u00e9 (OMA), des services d&rsquo;ambulance a\u00e9rienne Aeromed, des vols nolis\u00e9s personnalis\u00e9s \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Nord et de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9dition de fret vers plus de 30 destinations.\nEnsemble, nous offrons des d\u00e9cennies d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et une connectivit\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e \u00e0
