Branded Fares
Perimeter passengers have the option of choosing between four types of Branded Fares. When purchasing tickets online, you will be able to mouse over the fare display to see the attributes associated with each fare type. We have detailed the differences below.
Freedom
- Payment required at the time of booking
- Ticket is refundable through our Call Centre
- Flight time and/or date changes are permitted at no cost
- Name changes are complimentary
- Child: Must be between 2 years old and 12 years old less a day
- Senior: Must be at least 65 years old
- Ticket is valid for 12 months from the purchase date
Plus
- Payment required at the time of booking
- Ticket is refundable through our Call Centre
- Anytime change or cancel fee is complimentary + fare upgrade if applicable
- Name changes are complimentary
- Child: Must be between 2 years old and 12 years old less a day
- Senior: Must be at least 65 years old
- Ticket is valid for 12 months from the purchase date
- Passengers who no-show their flight will forfeit the fare paid. Please contact us within 2 hours of scheduled departure time if you need to cancel.
Flex
- Payment required at time of booking
- Advance purchase is required and payment is due at time of booking
- Ticket is non-refundable
- Anytime change or cancel fee $50 per direction + fare upgrade if applicable
- Name changes $50 per direction + fare upgrade
- Ticket seat status must be confirmed (no standby)
- Provided the original booking is cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the original flight’s departure, the value of the unused ticket can be applied within a one year period from date of issue of the original ticket to the value of a new ticket subject to the cancellation fee per direction, per passenger, plus applicable taxes and any additional fare difference
- Passengers who no-show their flight will forfeit the fare paid
Fixed
- Payment required at time of booking
- Advance purchase is required and payment is due at time of booking
- Ticket is non-refundable
- Anytime change or cancel fee $70 per direction + fare upgrade if applicable
- Name changes $70 per direction + fare upgrade
- Ticket seat status must be confirmed (no standby)
- Provided the original booking is cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the original flight’s departure, the value of the unused ticket can be applied within a one year period from date of issue of the original ticket to the value of a new ticket subject to the cancellation fee per direction, per passenger, plus applicable taxes and any additional fare difference

Definitions
- Infant: Between 2 days old – 2 years old less a day. Travel free of charge on the lap of a 16 year old or older.
- Child: Between 2 – 11 years old. Under 12 must be accompanied by a passenger of at least 12 years of age.
ID Requirements
Please consult our accepted identification list and ensure the name on your reservation matches the ID to be presented at check-in.
Infant Travel Policies
The following travel policies apply to infants:
- Infants may travel free-of-charge on the lap of a passenger (lap-held infant), as long as the passenger is at least 16 years old
- Maximum of one lap-held infant per passenger is allowed
- No baggage allowance provided to lap-held infants
- One additional carry-on bag containing supplies for the infant may be brought on-board by the care-giver (ie. diaper bag)
- One stroller and one car seat per infant is accepted free-of-charge
Infant Restraint Systems (Car Seats)
- Approved restraint systems (car seats) can be used for infant seating only when a seat has been purchased for the infant. Car seats improve safety and comfort, and are highly recommended for infants especially if under 18kg (40lbs).
- Car seats used onboard our aircraft must conform to the following regulations:

- Maximum car seat width is 40 cm (15.5 in)
- Forward and rear-facing car seats are allowed
- Canadian-made car seats: Must be manufactured after Jan. 1, 1981 and display the following inspection label: “CMVSS 213” or “213.1 Canada”
- U.S.A.-made car seats manufactured between Jan. 1, 1981 and Feb. 25, 1985: Must be certified to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) and display the label “This child restraint system conforms to all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards”
- U.S.A.-made car seats manufactured after Feb 26, 1985: Must display one of the following labels: “This child restraint system conforms to all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards” or “This restraint is certified for use in motor vehicles and aircraft”
- Car seats manufactured in other countries may NOT be used on Perimeter aircraft
- Child vests, booster seats and belly loops (ie. Baby Bjorn, Baby Hawk, Snugli, etc.) may NOT be used on Perimeter aircraft
- AmSafe Child Aviation Restraint Systems (CARES) can be used on Perimeter aircraft
Child Travel Policies
The following travel policies apply to children:
- Must be accompanied by another passenger who is at least 12 years old
- Must purchase a seat on the aircraft, which is provided at a reduced “Children Rate”
- Children will sit next to their parent/guardian at no extra cost
- Can use an approved restraint system (car seat) to improve safety and comfort while travelling, as described in the Infant Travel Policies section above
- Can bring regular baggage allowance on the aircraft
Refund/Lost Tickets
If you lose a ticket, or require a refund on an unused ticket, please contact the Perimeter Aviation Reservations department at 1-800-665-8986.
Please note that in person and/or immediate refunds can only be provided if you paid with a credit card (not pre-paid), a debit card, a credit file, or a charge account. If you paid with a company cheque, a pre-paid credit card, or a cashlink card, the refund will be issued via cheque and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to process.
Refusal of Carriage
Passengers may be denied boarding for the following reasons:
- insufficient indentificaton
- incapacitation due to alcohol or drugs, or
- safety concerns
A passenger may have his/her travel privileges suspended (except for medical travel) if they have compromised the safety of a flights, passenger or employee.
Interline
The ticket and baggage rules of the airline that sells the interline ticket will apply.
