Service for Persons with Special Needs (Disability Aids)

Perimeter offers a number of services for passengers with special needs.  The identification of your special needs at the time of booking will ensure we best meet your requirements.   Our customer service agents will gladly describe services available and make appropriate arrangements.  Passengers should arrive early at the airport to allow extra time for check-in and boarding.

Passengers with special needs are also able to book online. After making a booking, please contact our Reservation Centre at least 48 hours in advance and quote your reference number so we can confirm the service you require.

Perimeter Aviation welcomes your pet! We will accept pets for travel provided the kennel is approved by the airline. A service fee will be charged based on the weight of the animal inside the kennel and its intended destination. Most pets, due to their size, crew and passenger allergies, etc. must travel in the baggage compartment of the aircraft. We require that guests traveling with pets inform one of our agents at the time of reservation, as arrangements must be made to secure appropriate accommodations.

Small pet/pet in cabin (under 22lbs)- $50 plus applicable taxes
Medium checked pet- (23 to 50lbs)- $70 plus applicable taxes
Large checked pet- (50lbs & over)- $100 plus applicable taxes

Dimensions for pet in cabin: Maximum Size: Height 8’’ by Width 13’’ by Length 16 ¾” (or 20cm x 33cm x 40cm)
