Please allow sufficient time at the airport for check-in, screening of checked bags, and security clearance. You are required to obtain your boarding pass and check in baggage before the check-in closes and proceed directly to the boarding gate.
Once checked in, it’s the passenger’s responsibility to ensure adequate time to clear security and present themselves at the proper departure gate at all airports. Acceptance of a passenger at check-in does not guarantee the aircraft will be held beyond scheduled departure.
Please make yourself familiar with the check-in and boarding times. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in the cancellation of your reservation and ineligibility for denied boarding compensation. Depending on the type of ticket purchased, it may also result in forfeiture of the fare paid.
