Reservations and Check-In

Our refund policy varies depending on the fare you purchased. Please look at your itinerary to see the rules of your fare or call us at 1-800-665-8986 and we can assist you.
We have 3 fare brands: Fixed, Flex and Freedom. Book with at least 7 days advance and receive lower fares in our Fixed brand (subject to inventory availability). Refer to our Branded Fares listing for the fare rules.
Our checked baggage allowance is 60lbs.
Two (2) pieces of carry-on baggage are permitted. This is included in your baggage limit for the flight.
For delayed bags/cargo please complete a delayed baggage or cargo report.
Our Freedom full fare (YYP) can be purchased at the time of booking or at least 24 prior to scheduled departure time. All other fares in Freedom, Flex and Fixed brands require payment at time of booking to make a reservation. When making your reservation online a credit card is required for purchase at the time of booking for all fares.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Our reservation system is ticketless. All that is required at time of check-in is your reservation number.
Connecting Rewards Program
To sign up for Connecting Rewards visit your local airport or sign up online at www.perimeter.ca and create a member profile.
The card owner receives approximately one point for every $20 spent on a full fare ticket (before taxes, fees and surcharges). Discounted or advance purchase booking fares are pro-rated accordingly.
Connecting Rewards Points can be redeemed towards a full Redemption Fare for the applicable city pair. This level of redemption includes taxes, surcharges and third-party fees. Connecting Rewards Points can also be used for Redemption at 75%, 50%, or 25% of the full redemption fare. The balance including taxes, surcharges and third-party fees can be paid via cash or credit card.
Please call us at 1-800-665-8986 and an agent will assist you in transferring points from one member account to another for a fee of $20 per transfer.
We will accept pets for travel provided the kennel is approved by the airline. A service fee will be charged based on weight of the animal in the kennel and final destination.
Limited free parking is available at our Winnipeg Terminal for a maximum of 2 weeks. A valid parking pass must be displayed on the dash or review mirror. Perimeter has the right to tow vehicles for violation of the Perimeter Parking Lot guidelines. Towed vehicles are recovered at the expense of the owner.
Parking passes can be obtained from one of our Winnipeg Customer Service Agents at the time of check-in.
