Official Rules

Eligibility.

The Perimeter Aviation: Celebrating 65 Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of Manitoba and Ontario, Canada who submit an eligible drawing and enter here. Eligible Participants must be 18 years old as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify and attend the event. Eligible Participants who are under 18 (“Minor”) must have their parent or legal guardian’s consent to participate in the Contest and, if selected as a Tentative Prize Winner, must have their parent or legal guardian sign a declaration, waiver, and release required by these Official Rules & Regulations as a pre-condition to being declared a Winner. They must also have a legal guardian in attendance with them for the event prize. This giveaway is subject to federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Perimeter Aviation employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the Contest.

Sponsorship.

The sponsor is Perimeter Aviation (“Sponsor”), located at 626 Ferry Road, Winnipeg MB, R3H 0T7. Sponsor will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Agreement to Rules.

By entering this Contest, the Participant agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest, the Participant represents and warrants that the Participant are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. The Entrant also agrees to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

Contest Period.

This promotion begins on May 15, 2025, at 12:00 pm CST and ends on June 3, 2025, at 4:00 pm CST (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.

How to Enter.

To enter the Contest, eligible Participants must submit a drawing of a Perimeter aircraft, following the Contest Details outlined above. Drawings must be original and not AI-generated. Artwork must be between 5″x7″ and 11″x17″ and must be submitted by mail or email with contact information provided.

In the event that no drawings are submitted, eligible entrants may alternatively enter by completing all of the following actions:

Prizes.

• The Contest prize package includes round-trip flights to Winnipeg for the winner and one guest, two game tickets for the Winnipeg Goldeyes baseball game on June 21, 2025, and two-night hotel accommodation. Four winners will be selected. One Contest prize package shall have an approximate retail value of nine thousand, nine hundred and seven Canadian dollars ($9,907 CDN). Four Contest prize packages will be awarded for an approximate retail value of thirty nine thousand, six hundred and twenty eight Canadian dollars ($39,628 CDN). The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner(s)”) will receive a flight for two to Winnipeg from any of the following locations: Brochet, Cross Lake, Deer Lake, God’s Lake Narrows, God’s River, Island Lake, Lac Brochet, North Spirit Lake, Norway House, Oxford House, Pikangikum, Red Sucker Lake, Sachigo Lake, Sandy Lake, Shamattawa, Sioux Lookout, South Indian Lake, St. Theresa Point, Tadoule Lake, Thompson, or York Landing.
• In the event that there are no eligible entries, two winners will be selected. One Contest prize package shall have an approximate retail value of nine thousand, nine hundred and seven Canadian dollars ($9,907CDN). Two Contest prize packages will be awarded for an approximate retail value of nineteen thousand, eight hundred and fourteen Canadian dollars($19,814 CDN). The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner(s)”) will receive a flight for two to Winnipeg from any of the following locations: Brochet, Cross Lake, Deer Lake, God’s Lake Narrows, God’s River, Island Lake, Lac Brochet, North Spirit Lake, Norway House, Oxford House, Pikangikum, Red Sucker Lake, Sachigo Lake, Sandy Lake, Shamattawa, Sioux Lookout, South Indian Lake, St. Theresa Point, Tadoule Lake, Thompson, or York Landing.
• The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The Winner(s) shall not be entitled to receive the difference between the actual value and the approximate value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute any prize of greater or equal value if a prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Winner(s), upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses not explicitly stated to form part of the prize, including but not limited to taxes, fees, gratuities, insurance, or travel to and from the airport or event where a prize includes travel unless anything contrary is expressly provided for in the description of any such prize.
• By accepting the prize, the selected Winner(s) and their chosen companion, grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner(s)’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

Selection and Notification of Winner.

a) Following the end of the applicable Entry Period, the Sponsor will select four Winner(s) from eligible entries received during the Contest Period, based on drawing judging. If no eligible entries are received, two Winner(s) will be selected by random draw (as outlined above) from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, unless otherwise indicated.

b) The Sponsor will post the Winner(s) names on their Facebook Story, and notify the Winner(s) by the contact information provided on June 8 or by Facebook Messenger if there are no eligible contest entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner(s)’s failure to receive notices due to security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall be Sponsor be liable for the Winner(s)’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

c) Upon selection the Winner(s) will be required to provide a valid email address for prize acceptance and phone number for ongoing communication. Where the prize includes travel, the Winner(s) must ensure that the Winner(s) and their travel companion, if any, have met all entrance criteria and have all the necessary travel documents required to travel to the destination on the dates specified in the prize description. The costs of any such required documents are not included in the applicable prize unless expressly provided for in the description of any such prize.

d) If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time the award notification, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) does not complete and return required information within the specified time frame, 4) refuses the use of likeness, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate (and final) Winner(s) may be selected. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Guest of Winner.

Prior to obtaining the prize, the guest of the Winner(s) will be required to sign a release form to the effect of the Official Rules. Failing which, they will not be able to take part in the prize.

Rights Granted by the Entrant.

By submitting a drawing, Participants grant Perimeter Aviation permission to use their artwork, name, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation, in perpetuity. The Participant understands and agrees that the Sponsor, any individual acting on the Sponsor’s behalf, and the licensees successors, and assigns of the Sponsor shall, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest and your biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.

Terms & Conditions.

In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Contest. The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner(s) based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, the Sponsor has the right to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user; multiple entries from the same computer beyond the number allowed by the Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability.

The Participants entry into this Contest constitutes their agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.

Disputes.

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA, MANITOBA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of, or are connected with this Contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Manitoba having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Privacy Policy.

Perimeter Aviation are the sole owners of the information collected to execute and deliver the Contest. We only have access to/collect information that the Participant voluntarily gives us via Facebook Messenger, email, or other direct contact. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to anyone. Information provided by the Contest Winner will be destroyed upon contest completion. Winners List.

You may obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, by sending your request via mail with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Perimeter Aviation, 626 Ferry Road, Winnipeg MB, R3H 0T7. Requests must be postmarked no later than June 20, 2025, 12:00 pm CST
