Identification

Valid identification is mandatory for all customers when shipping freight. The name on the air waybill consignor must match the ID presented. Customers must be 18 years old to pick-up or drop off shipments in Manitoba and 19 years old in Ontario.

Customers dropping off freight at Cargo Offices (Winnipeg and Thompson, MB and Sioux Lookout and Thunder Bay, ON) are required to:

Present one valid Government-issued photo ID
- Alternatively, present two valid (2) Government-issued non-photo ID

For customers at all other Cargo Drop locations, one piece of acceptable ID must be presented. The ID card or document:

Cannot be expired.
Must be in its original form and cannot be altered in any way, photocopies are not accepted.
Must have the name printed and must be legible.
Must match exactly to the name listed on the air waybill consignor.

Medical Warrant
Bank Card
Credit Card
Student ID Card
Library Card
Proof of Vaccination Card
Indigenous Services Canada Transportation Voucher
Temporary Confirmation of Registration of Indigenous Status from Indigenous Services Canada
