Perimeter Aviation and Bearskin Airlines ensure transparency in our pricing. Our advertised fares include all taxes, fees, and charges. When you book travel, you can access a detailed breakdown in several ways:
- During the booking process in your shopping cart
- Within your booking confirmation email in the attached reservation confirmation
- By calling the Customer Service Centre
Base Fare
Base Fare is the one-way fare between two airports in our network. It includes non-stop, direct, and connecting markets.
Airline Surcharges
Surcharges may apply to Perimeter Aviation and Bearskin Airlines flights. They may include but are not limited to one or more of the following:

Airport Fees
Many airports apply various fees for passengers which can vary based on arrival, departure, and destination. These include an Airport Improvement Fee (AIF), a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC), and/or a Regulatory Recovery Fee (RRF). In addition, some may have a general security fee. We collect fees directly and remit them to the airport. Below is a general overview of these fees, other conditions apply.
