    Voluntary Flight Changes and Cancellations

    Plans can change. If you need to change or cancel your flight, your refund eligibility will depend on when you make the change and the fare you purchased.

    • Within 24 hours of booking: If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment. If you’re rebooking, any applicable fare difference will apply.
    • After 24 hours: Refund eligibility is based on the fare rules associated with your ticket.
