When indicated by the shipper, this includes cultural sensitivity, ensuring live animals are not permitted in the cargo hold of the same flight during transport. We also offer enhanced tender and retrieval times tailored to these sensitive shipments, along with tracking capabilities for real-time monitoring. 

All compassionate transport services are subject to prior arrangements.

Shipping Guidelines

To facilitate the transportation of human remains, the appropriate documentation must be received from the funeral home prior to receiving your precious shipment.

Restrictions

Shipments tendered with instructions for Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) are not accepted.
