Online check-in is fast, easy, and only a click away. You can check in online starting 24 hours before your scheduled departure time for all Bearskin Airlines branded flights, and for flights departing the Winnipeg Perimeter Terminal or Thompson. Online check-in closes 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
If you check-in with your mobile device, simply add your boarding pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Pass. If you check-in from a desktop computer, print your boarding pass or download it to your mobile device.
Arriving at the airport, completing check-in, and proceeding through security can take time. We recommend arriving at the airport as early as possible. You are required to obtain your boarding pass and check-in baggage before check-in closes.

Failure to meet these deadlines may result in the cancellation of your reservation and ineligibility for denied boarding compensation. Depending on the ticket purchased, it may also result in forfeiture of fare.
We encourage you to proceed directly to your gate once you’ve completed check-in. If you are not at the gate available for boarding at your scheduled departure time, you will be denied boarding and will not be entitled to denied boarding compensation.
If you require assistance checking-in or boarding, please allow extra time. Arrive no later than 90 minutes before your scheduled departure time and notify the Check-in Agent.
At the Winnipeg Aviation Airport we offer complimentary transportation to the aircraft. It is strictly reserved for those needing a little extra assistance. You are eligible if you require mobility assistance (escort permitted on space-available basis), are an elder, or are a parent or guardian travelling with an infant(s).

We operate in numerous airports, each with a variety of security protocols and wait times. If you’re travelling during peak periods, or during holidays, please plan accordingly and arrive early.
Once checked in, it is your responsibility to ensure adequate time to clear security and present yourself at the departure gate. Acceptance of a passenger through airport or online check-in does not guarantee the aircraft will be held beyond scheduled departure.
