Please ensure that your contact information is up to date with an accurate email and phone number to receive notifications. Your notification method can be reconfirmed when you check in.

It is important to provide up-to-date contact information when completing a booking. Flight notifications are sent to the email provided at the time of booking. We will provide timely updates, including the reason for the delay or cancellation;

Schedule changes, including alterations to flight times and destinations, are not something we take lightly. While we strive to maintain stable schedules, changes are sometimes inevitable. These adjustments are typically due to factors such as air traffic route modifications, airport requests, seasonal weather, or the schedules of our partner airlines.
For flights booked directly with perimeter.ca, the medical booking tool, or through our Customer Service Centre, please refer to the chart below, which displays how we contact guests in most schedule change situations.
Communication is directed to the email address(es) and/or phone number entered at the time of booking.

If you booked your flight through a third-party such as a travel agency, company representative, airline partner, or travel site, and you are not able to provide your direct contact information, Perimeter Aviation will notify the company directly of all changes and they will be responsible for providing you with the updates.
Flight status information can change at any time for many reasons. Always check-in for your originally scheduled departure time unless your flight is cancelled. To check your flight status, view airport displays for any updates, visit our Flight Status page, or speak to a Customer Service Agent.
We’ll do everything we can to provide the most accurate flight status information at all times. However, Perimeter Aviation is not liable for non-delivery of messages and cannot guarantee the timelines or reliability of message receipt.
