Unlock More Rewards

Transfer points to another account holder to accumulate faster and redeem for rewards sooner! Connecting Rewards points can be transferred between accounts for a small fee of $20.00, that’s the equivalent of one point.

Balance

To check your balance simply login to your account at perimeter.ca. You will be required to enter your Connecting Rewards account number or personalized login and password. If you do not know what they are, simply call our Customer Service Centre at 1-800-665-8986. Once your identity is verified, we will be happy to assist you with account access.

Tickets & Cancellation

Tickets purchased using Connecting Rewards are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Routing may change on tickets. The traveller is responsible for any additional price differences, if applicable. Passengers failing to cancel Connecting Rewards redemption tickets 2 hours prior to scheduled departure and/or failing to show up for their flight will be considered a no show and forfeit the value of the ticket along with points used to purchase the ticket.

Point Expiration

Your points will expire 36 months after they are earned. 

Missing Points

You can request missing points for past flights made within 30 days of travel. Simply submit a request to reservations@perimeter.ca and we will begin the process.

Accounts & Eligibility

Each traveller requires their own profile for point collection. Points accrue to the account holder and cannot be credited to another traveller at the time of booking.

Individuals must be 2 years of age or older to hold an account. The legal guardian may elect to manage the account on behalf of a minor, however it will be maintained in the name of the individual traveller.

Corporations, Organizations, Partnerships, and Trusts are not eligible to participate in the program. 

Transfer of Points

Points can be transferred once accrued for a $20.00 fee.

Responsibilities of Membership

Members are responsible to provide change of primary contact information, including but not limited to mailing address, email, and phone number. Perimeter Aviation is not responsible for misdirected communications or any consequences as a result.

More Details

Points cannot be purchased and have no monetary value. Points cannot be earned on a Connecting Rewards redemption ticket. Joint fares with Wasaya Airways and Air Canada do not earn Connecting Rewards. 

Tickets paid using Connecting Rewards cannot be sold, bartered, or redeemed for cash. Member may be subject to loss of their Connecting Rewards account for abuse.

Terms and Conditions

Enrolling in Connecting Rewards

1. New enrollments in the program are limited to natural persons. 
2. Corporations, Organizations, Partnerships and Trusts are not eligible to participate in the Connecting Rewards program. 
3. New program members must enroll individually, only once, and in his/her full legal name. This applies for all individuals 2 years and older. The legal guardian may elect to manage the account on behalf of minor until he/she reaches legal age. Membership is solely for the benefit of the individual; therefore, it will be maintained in the name of an individual only. 
4. Each member shall be responsible for advising Perimeter Aviation of any change of mailing or email address. Perimeter Aviation shall not be liable for misdirected communications such as mail or email, or any consequences thereof. 
5. There is no cost associated with opening a Connecting Rewards account.

Earning Rules

1. Connecting Rewards points earned belong to the traveller.
2. The account owner receives approximately one point for every $20.00 spent on a full fare ticket (before taxes, fees, and surcharges). Discounted or advance booking fares are pro-rated accordingly.
3. Connecting Rewards points are only earned on tickets after travel is completed.
4. For missing points, the owner of the Connecting Rewards account must make a request for the points to be added, no more than 30 days after the date of travel.
5. Connecting Rewards points cannot be purchased.
6. Connecting Rewards points cannot be earned on a redemption ticket.
7. Joint fares with Wasaya Airways and Bearskin Airlines do not earn Connecting Rewards points.

Redemption Rules

1. Points can be redeemed towards a full Connecting Rewards redemption fare for the applicable city pair. This level of redemption includes taxes, surcharges, and third-party fees.
2. Connecting Rewards points can also be used for redemption at 75%, 50%, or 25% of the full redemption fare. The balance including taxes, surcharges and third-party fees can be paid via cash or credit card.
3. Tickets purchased with Connecting Rewards points will expire after one year if not flown. The points used to purchase the ticket will then be debited from the account and forfeited.
4. Tickets paid using Connecting Rewards points cannot be sold, bartered, or redeemed for cash. Member may be subject to loss of his/her Connecting Rewards Account for abuse.
5. Connecting Rewards points are debited from the account in the order in which they were earned (first points earned are the first points used).

Expiration

1. Unused Connecting Rewards points will expire after 36 months, at midnight on the last day of the month they were earned.
2. Connecting Rewards will not expire if they are in use on a ticket purchased using said points. Those points will however expire or be categorized as used as soon as the ticket expires (tickets expire after one year from the date they were paid).

Other

1. Connecting Rewards have no monetary value and cannot under any circumstances form the basis of a monetary claim against Perimeter Aviation or Bearskin Airlines.
2. Tickets purchased using Connecting Rewards are non-refundable and non- transferrable.
3. Account holders can change routing on tickets as long as the ticket price remains the same and inventory is available on the new routing.
4. Availability of Redemption tickets may be limited based on season, or flight number.
5. Booking Redemption tickets early will help to avoid disappointment.
6. Passengers who fail to cancel a Connecting Rewards redemption ticket flight prior to 2 hours of scheduled departure and subsequently fail to show up for their flight will be considered a no show and forfeit the value of the ticket, together with any points used to purchase the ticket.
