Cleared for Takeoff: Celebrating Our 2025 Flight Attendant Graduates

After six weeks of dedication and hard work, we’re proud to celebrate the achievements of our 2025 flight attendant class: Yonathan, Rola, Oksana, Marie, Manmeet, Mia, Kateryna, and Jasjit! These dedicated individuals successfully completed an extensive training program designed to prepare them for the skies, doing so with flying colours. 

What They’ve Learned 

Throughout the course, our graduates gained hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in key areas. Here’s a comprehensive overview:  

  • Aviation Indoctrination: Covering company policies, safety protocol and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Role and Responsibilities: Understanding the essential duties of a flight attendant and how they contribute to a safe and smooth onboard experience.
  • Safety Procedures: Learning the protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and crew through every step of a flight.
  • Emergency Procedures: Preparing for high-pressure situations with training on how to respond swiftly and effectively during in-flight emergencies. 
  • Emergency Equipment Aircraft Specific and Drills: Hands-on training with emergency equipment, such as emergency exit doors, tailored to the specific aircraft they’ll be working in.
  • First Aid Training: First aid skills, along with learning how to manage onboard medical situations with confidence and care.
  • Crew Resource Management Training: Developing non-technical skills like communication, teamwork, and decision-making to enhance safety and efficiency in the cabin that can be required during high-stress or emergencies. 
  • Conducted a Familiarization Flight: Observed a day on the job firsthand with an experienced flight attendant.
