Cargo Claims

Submit Your Claim 

Cargo is considered items tendered by a Shipper to the airline at one of the Cargo Receiving areas and where an air waybill is created for the item to be shipped. Items that are not cargo, will not be processed through this form.

All reports are first reviewed within 2 business days and may take up to 15 working days before a decision is made. You will receive progress updates about the status of your claim and once your report is opened, you will receive an automated message which will include the Claim File Number. Please store this number and reference it during all communications.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Please fill out this form as accurately as possible to avoid further delays in the processing of your report.
